Dr. Jungbluth co-directs the First Approach Skills Training (FAST) statewide initiative, funded by the Washington State Health Care Authority and operated within the Partnership Access Line (PAL) at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The FAST programs are innovative mental health interventions designed to offer evidence-based skills support to youth and caregivers via brief, easy to use handouts and workbooks. FAST is currently being used by mental health providers in primary care, school and community mental health settings across the country, with numerous research evaluation efforts ongoing.

Freely downloadable treatment materials and asynchronous trainings can be found at www.seattlechildrens.org/FAST.

FAST program training and case consultation is currently free to behavioral health providers in Washington State. Providers can learn about training and consultation opportunities at the link above.

If you are interested in FAST training but do not work in WA State, you can inquire about purchasing training and consultation support directly from Dr. Jungbluth and Dr. Gonzalez here.
